Position Overview
HR Services within Human Resources is currently seeking a Full-time Regular HR Analyst.
Reporting to the Director, HR Services (HRS), the HR Analyst supports the HRS team with reporting, data and research requests. The role requires familiarity and understanding with all HR processes and workflows, as well as, working with large amounts of HR data and collaborating with leadership to help them make informed decisions.

The HRS team provides guidance and support on all HR-related matters to Faculty/Unit stakeholders while adhering to and promoting the University's policies, practices and programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant collective agreements and legislation.The HR Analyst will work in the background to support HR programs/initiatives, goals and multiple Partner portfolios that include all employee/staffing groups.
The HR Analyst provides data analytic support on a wide range of HR programs/functions which may include HRS, Employee and Labour Relations, Workplace Wellness (Disability Management), Talent Management (Attraction and Retention, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning and Development) and Total Rewards (Compensation and Recognition, Workforce Planning and Analytics) for all employee groups.
This position makes recommendations regarding the development of policies, processes and systems that would realize efficiencies and increase the level of the support HR Services is able to provide.
